Privacy & website information
Your information.
A clear explanation.
How Strativon Partners handles website enquiries and information about visits to this site.
Last updated: 31 October 2026
Who is responsible
Strativon Partners Ltd is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17175841, with our registered office at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE. The business is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
For privacy questions or requests, email sales@strativonpartners.com and mark your message “Privacy enquiry”.
Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, business email address, company name if provided, the support area you select and your message. If you contact us by email, we also receive the information contained in that correspondence.
Our form system records submission information, including the time, source page, IP address, browser and device information. This helps us administer enquiries and investigate misuse or delivery problems.
Please provide only what is needed to explain your enquiry. Do not send confidential business records, customer or employee datasets, medical information or other sensitive personal information through the website form.
Why we use it
- To understand and respond to your enquiry.
- To arrange a conversation, demonstration or requested follow-up.
- To discuss, scope and administer services you ask us to provide.
- To maintain appropriate business records and deal with complaints or disputes.
- To operate, protect and troubleshoot the website and enquiry process.
For ordinary business enquiries and website administration, our basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients and operating a secure, reliable business website. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, or we perform such a contract, we may instead rely on those contractual steps or obligations. We also process information where necessary to meet an applicable legal obligation.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise unrelated marketing. If we introduce consent-based marketing, we will explain it separately and provide a way to withdraw consent.
Who can access the information
Jason J Clark and authorised people involved in administering the business may access enquiry information where needed. Enquiries are stored in the website’s WordPress form system. Website hosting and the sales mailbox are provided through IONOS. Relevant hosting, email and technical support providers process information as needed to operate those services.
Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or public authorities where necessary for advice, a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We do not sell website enquiry information.
International handling
Strativon Partners is a UK company operating from Malaysia, so enquiries may be reviewed and handled in Malaysia. Hosting and email information is also processed in the service locations used by IONOS and its relevant service providers.
You can contact us for details of the processing locations and any contractual safeguards relevant to your enquiry. Provider information is available in the IONOS privacy information. This notice does not imply that all information remains in the UK.
How long information is kept
- Routine website form entries: normally up to 12 months from submission. Relevant details may be transferred to a client or active opportunity record where the enquiry develops into ongoing work.
- Routine enquiry correspondence: normally up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless an ongoing discussion, agreed follow-up or other continuing purpose justifies retention.
- Client, contract and related business records: normally up to six years after the relationship or relevant matter ends, where needed for business records, applicable obligations or legal claims. A different period may apply to particular records or jurisdictions.
- Email delivery diagnostics: where retained by us, normally no longer than 30 days unless needed to investigate a specific issue.
- Hosting logs and statistics: retained under the applicable IONOS service’s retention arrangements. IONOS publishes information about its web-hosting visitor data.
These are retention rules, rather than a promise of instant or automatic deletion. We review routine enquiry records periodically and remove or anonymise information that is no longer needed. Limited records may be held longer for an identified legal obligation, complaint or dispute. Copies in protected backups may remain until the relevant backup cycle replaces them.
Cookies and hosting statistics
The current website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising retargeting tools. WordPress and website functionality may use technical cookies, particularly for authorised administrator login and settings. You can control cookies through your browser, although blocking necessary cookies can affect some functions.
IONOS provides hosting statistics for understanding website use and technical performance. IONOS states that its SiteAnalytics service does not use cookies and anonymises the IP address after transmission. Statistics can include requested pages, referring pages, access time, browser, operating system and device type. See IONOS’s description of SiteAnalytics processing.
The hosting statistics described above are separate from the identifiable information recorded when you submit an enquiry. We will update this notice and introduce any necessary choices before adding optional tracking or advertising tools.
Your choices and requests
Providing enquiry information is your choice. Your name, email address, selected support area and message are required by the form so that we can understand and respond to the request; the company field is optional. You can email us instead.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to access or correct personal information, request its deletion, restrict or object to its use, or receive certain information in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Rights can be subject to exceptions, including legal record-keeping requirements.
Contact us using the email address above. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity before responding. We do not use website enquiries for decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Questions or complaints
Please contact us first so we can investigate your concern. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office. Your local authority may also be relevant depending on where you live and which law applies.

External websites, including LinkedIn, apply their own privacy practices when you visit them. This notice covers our public website and enquiry handling. Operational data in a StrativonOS workspace requires separate access, processing and contractual arrangements before onboarding.
Updates
We will revise this notice when our website or processing arrangements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
