Built around the way businesses work

When the business grows, the gaps between systems grow too.

The pipeline is in one place. Purchase commitments are somewhere else. Financial updates arrive separately. Actions from the last review sit in meeting notes.

StrativonOS is designed for SMEs, owner-managed businesses and leadership teams that need a clearer view across commercial activity, operations and management priorities. It is particularly relevant where products, suppliers, orders and cash commitments need to be considered together.

BUSINESS OWNERS

See where to focus

Bring key measures and outstanding work into the same review, so you can ask better questions and identify the decisions that need attention.

COMMERCIAL & OPERATIONS TEAMS

Keep work moving

Follow opportunities and purchasing activity with the related stages, responsibilities and commitments in view.

LEADERSHIP TEAMS

Connect review with action

Use a shared management structure to discuss performance, assign follow-through and keep decisions visible beyond the meeting.

A connected management workspace

From the opportunity to the operational detail.

Explore the parts of StrativonOS that address your immediate priorities. The demonstration will distinguish what is available today from anything that needs further setup or development.

Sales & commercial work

Review opportunities by stage, value, probability and owner. Explore quotes, orders and connected commercial documents in a relevant demonstration.

Purchasing & fulfilment

Follow purchase commitments, production and delivery stages, expected completion dates and recorded payments.

Performance & cash visibility

Compare recorded revenue and EBITDA with budget, review closing cash and explore the 13-week cash outlook with its assumptions.

Actions & accountability

Bring outstanding work and management priorities into focus. Discuss approval workflows, responsibilities and decision history against your business processes.

Useful management information depends on the quality and completeness of the information recorded. Forecasts and status indicators support judgement; they do not guarantee an outcome.

Inside StrativonOS / Sales

Which opportunities need your attention?

The sales pipeline puts stages, opportunity values, probabilities, expected dates and ownership together.

Use it to review the shape of the pipeline, question the weighted forecast and identify what needs to happen next.

  • See the progression from prospect to negotiation.
  • Review individual opportunities alongside the wider pipeline.
  • Keep the owner and supporting notes close to the record.

Inside StrativonOS / Operations

What is committed, what is moving, and what is late?

The supply-chain view brings purchase orders, production and fulfilment progress, completion dates and unpaid commitments into one review.

Spot an overdue completion date, understand the related commitment and agree the follow-up with the responsible team.

Review progress from the stages and dates entered by your team, with the related financial commitment alongside.

A practical review rhythm

Information should lead to a useful next step.

01 / SEE

Review the position

Start with performance, pipeline, cash and open commitments.

02 / UNDERSTAND

Look into the detail

Review the underlying record, assumptions or stage of work.

03 / DECIDE

Agree the response

Identify the action or decision and who needs to own it.

04 / FOLLOW THROUGH

Return to the action

Keep progress and outstanding work in the next management review.

Built from a business leadership perspective: understand the position, ask the right questions, and follow through.

Start with your business

A demonstration with a clear purpose.

Tell us what is difficult to see or manage today. We will use example data to explore the relevant workflow and discuss whether StrativonOS is a suitable next step.

01 / YOUR PRIORITIES

Describe the challenge

Outline your business, the tools you use and the information or follow-through gaps you want to address.

02 / THE PRODUCT

Walk through the work

See the relevant screens and discuss how records, responsibilities and management reviews could fit together.

03 / THE FIT

Agree what comes next

Discuss scope, data handling, setup, support and commercial terms before making an onboarding decision.

StrativonOS is already selected when you follow the demonstration link. A high-level description is enough; do not send operational, customer or employee records.

Before you enquire.

Is StrativonOS available to use immediately?

Access is currently discussed individually through demonstrations and early-access enquiries. We will review suitability, explain the current scope and agree arrangements before onboarding.

Does it replace our accounting system or CRM?

That depends on your requirements and existing tools. The first discussion will map the relevant workflows, identify overlap and establish where StrativonOS could fit. Any migration or integration requirement must be assessed separately.

Does it connect automatically to our existing software?

Connections and data requirements need to be assessed for your specific systems. We will confirm what is supported and what would require additional work before agreeing scope.

Can we enquire without a consultancy engagement?

Yes. You can enquire about StrativonOS independently. Any implementation or advisory support will be discussed and scoped separately.

What does it cost?

Pricing and any early-access terms will be explained before you decide whether to proceed. Submitting an enquiry does not commit you to a purchase.

Are the screenshots from a real customer?

No. They are genuine StrativonOS screens displaying a fictional example business. The figures illustrate the interface and are not evidence of customer results. The version shown is under development and may change.
